Can I request a specific campus accommodation block due to my mobility needs?

If you need to request a specific campus, block, or location due to mobility needs related to a disability or medical condition, you will need to complete our Register and Request Support Form, if you have not already done so, and then submit an Additional Request, selecting “Accommodation” as the adjustment type as early as possible. You will need to provide supporting evidence that explains why a specific location is needed. 

Your request will be reviewed by a Disability Adviser. If it is supported, the Accommodation team will take this into account when allocating your room, in line with their allocation policy and availability. Specific campuses, blocks, or locations cannot always be guaranteed.
