Can the University liaise with Student Finance England (SFE) on my behalf?
If you have any issues with Student Finance that you cannot resolve yourself, the Student Money Team can phone Student Finance England (SFE) on your behalf. You will need to provide SFE with permission for the Student Money Team to access your account. When you contact the Student Money Team with your query, they can provide you with information on how to do this.
