Do I need to provide evidence as part of an academic appeal?

Your academic appeal is very unlikely to be successful without evidence. Please note the following regulation, which outlines that the burden of proof rests with the student: “When making an academic appeal and in requesting a review of the decision to dismiss an academic appeal, it is for the student to show that one or more of the grounds apply.”

For more information view our academic appeals page.
