How can I book a group study room?

There are group study spaces located across campus, including the Library, MySurrey Hive and the MySurrey Dot in Senate House.

You can pre-book Library group study rooms via our study space booking page. Group study rooms are bookable for up to 2 hours a day; and can be booked up to 2 weeks in advance. You will need your campus card, or a temporary day slip from the kiosk next to the Library Welcome Desk to enter the Library. 
 
You can also pre-book one of our teaching rooms for educational purposes (such as group study or presentation practice) using the Room Bookings function on your online student timetable. For help on how to use this, go to the Help link in the top-right corner of the timetable screen and select "Room Booking" from the list of contents on the left-hand side.

Please also take time to read the guidance we have prepared on the "Etiquette on Using Central Teaching Rooms" available from our Timetabling page if you are making use of these rooms and remember to cancel your booking if you no longer want the room so others can use the space.
