Can I book a music room?

If you would like to book a room on campus to play musical instruments, or book a room with a piano, you can do this using the room booking function in your Timetable application.

If you go to your online student timetable and select the Find and Book function, you can book a room in the same way that you would book any of the other central rooms. For help on how to use this, go to the Help link in the top-right corner of the timetable screen and select "Room Booking" from the list of contents on the left-hand side.

From the Find and Book screen, you will be taken through a numbered sequence of screens to search for and book rooms. Please make sure that when you reach the third selection option ‘Add Equipment required’ screen, that you select ‘Piano’ from the list of available equipment and your request will only search for available rooms that have a piano.
