How can I get a letter from the university after I have left or finished my studies?
Our Alumni team are here to support graduates of the University. You can contact the team via email to receive retrospective letters, including:
Confirmation of registration letters - these can be used for proof of council tax exemption and visa purposes. For any education verification, you can use Higher Education Degree Datacheck (HEDD) (although your award letter from GradIntel will usually be sufficient).

The Assessments and Awards Office can provide certified copies of your certificate, replacement certificates, copies of transcripts, letters confirming award or location of study. All information regarding costs and how to order is available on their Replacement Certificates pages. Copies of transcripts and certificates (all virtual documents) will be in your GradIntel account.
