How do I submit an academic appeal?
Before considering an academic appeal please view the guidance on what you can appeal against. You are not able to challenge academic judgement as part of an appeal.
To submit your academic appeal sign in to Surrey Self-Service. Select the "Academic Appeals" tab, complete the online form and upload your evidence.
Please note that your appeal will need to be submitted within 10 University working days of receiving the decision that you wish to appeal.
If you are nearing the deadline in which to submit your appeal, you should submit a form online with your appeal statement and all evidence you have to date, and then you can add evidence (once you have obtained it) soon after by emailing it to oscar@surrey.ac.uk.
More information can be found on the Office of Student Complaints, Appeals and Regulation (OSCAR) website.
