How do I submit an academic misconduct appeal?

Prior to submitting an academic integrity appeal, please visit our academic misconduct page, which advises you of the process and links you to the relevant regulations. 

You are required to download and complete the form on the above academic misconduct page and send it, along with your statement and any supporting evidence, via email to the OSCAR team.

You have the right to appeal the outcome of an academic misconduct process provided you do so within 10 University working days of the date you were notified of the outcome. 

There is guidance available if you are nearing the deadline to submit an appeal.
