Should I use the online academic appeals process or complete a form for an academic misconduct appeal?
Prior to submitting an academic integrity appeal, please visit our academic misconduct page, which advises you of the process and links you to the relevant regulations.
You are then required to download and complete the form provided on this page and send it, along with any evidence, to the OSCAR team via email.
You have the right to appeal the outcome of an academic misconduct process provided you do so within 10 University working days of the date you were notified of the outcome. There is guidance available if you are nearing the deadline to submit an appeal.
Please note, you should not use the online academic appeals service for any appeals relating to academic misconduct. If you do use the online academic appeals service, there is likely to be a delay in the consideration of your case.
