How long do I have to submit an academic appeal?

Your appeal needs to be submitted within 10 University working days of receiving official notification of the University's decision.

However, if you have missed this deadline, you are entitled to provide a good reason (with supporting evidence) as to why your appeal is late.

Please provide a statement outlining why your appeal is late to the Office of Student Complaints, Appeals and Regulation (OSCAR) team along with any supporting evidence that you would like to be considered. The evidence will then be reviewed by a Case Manager who will determine whether the reasons are valid.

More information can be found on the OSCAR website.
