How to report a fault with the laundrette?

To report faults with machines in the laundrette, or if you have been overcharged, you can either:

• Check their FAQs for the most common queries

• Call Circuit Laundry on 0808 281 22 88 (Mon - Fri: 8:30am to 5pm; Sat - Sun: 8:30am to 3pm)

• Visit the Circuit website to talk to one of their advisers via their live chat or send an email to Circuitgo@circuitgroup.com

Make sure you mention the machine number and your PayPal receipt number if you are overcharged.
