I am having problems logging into my Surrey Self-Service account
If you are having issues logging into your Surrey Self-Service account, please first of all make sure you are using the correct version of your username to sign in. For example ab12345 (not ab12345@surrey.ac.uk).
If you have forgotten your password you can reset this yourself.
If you have recently reset your password and have used an invalid special character as part of your new password, this may be causing issues. You should reset your password again without those special characters. This should resolve the problem.
If you are still having problems, you can contact the IT Service Desk. You can also visit them in person on Level 1 of the Library. During busy periods you will need to book a 20 minute appointment.
