How do I access my IT account?

Your IT account will be automatically created after you’ve successfully completed online registration. The username and password you used to register will be the same ones you need to access IT services which will include your university email account, your Surrey Self-Service account, your MySurrey Dashboard, your online timetable, SurreyLearn and others.

Please note, for your email account, your username must be entered in the following format - username@surrey.ac.uk (e.g. ab1234@surrey.ac.uk), rather then just ‘ab1234’.

Please wait 24 – 48 hours after successfully completing registration before logging into your IT account.

You will need to set up security features and self-service password reset on your IT account before you can fully access University emails, and access IT services and systems.
