I am an international student but there has been a delay issuing my visa, what should I do?

If you have applied for a new student visa and the waiting time has gone beyond the advertised service standard for the type of application you submitted, please contact the International Student Advice Team for assistance.

Unfortunately, the University cannot request that individual visa applications are prioritised, however we will be able to advise on options available if the delay in your visa being granted will impact on the continuation of your studies.
