I have a medical condition and need to make sure the university is aware of my medical needs
If you are a current student and have a medical condition that you need to make the University aware of, we encourage you to contact the MySurrey Hive team via Surrey Support, selecting "Disability and Neuroinclusion" as your enquiry topic as soon as you can. Please outline the nature of your condition in the enquiry and we will be able to advise you. If you have a condition which means you may require further medical or first aid support, we recommend creating an Urgent Medical Form. Please contact Disability and Neuroinclusion via Surrey Support or attend one of our drop-in sessions so we can book you an appointment. This form will then provide Campus Safety with an overview of your condition and details around what support you may require.
Our drop-in sessions are outlined below:
Stag Hill – Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays 2pm to 4pm at The Hive, Stag Hill
Manor Park – Tuesdays, Wednesdays 2pm to 4pm at The Hive, Manor Park
Please note that we will be unable to complete your Urgent Medical Form during a drop-in and that we will need to arrange an appointment for you to complete this.
