I have received an unrecognised tuition fee invoice

We will never email you asking for bank or credit/debit card details. All payments for tuition fees are made through Surrey Self-Service.

The university sends out tuition fee invoices to your University of Surrey email account and these will display the University of Surrey logo. You will then be directed to pay using Flywire via your Surrey Self-Service account so if in doubt, you will be able to access all of your tuition fee payment amounts from your Surrey Self-Service account.

If the invoice you have received does not match the fee amounts showing in Surrey Self Service, please email student-receivables@surrey.ac.uk.
