I need a letter confirming my student status to open a bank account

Please raise an enquiry with MySurrey Hive via Surrey Support, selecting "Other" as the enquiry topic. Please explain that you need a "Bank Letter" letter which you will be able to print out and send to your chosen bank.

Please note – if you are in university accommodation, letters cannot be issued until your term time address has been updated on our system.
