I need a letter confirming my student status to open a bank account
There are three simple steps you need to complete before you can request a letter:
1. Complete main registration, which usually takes place during Welcome Week.
2. Decide which bank you want to open a bank account with. If you are not sure on which back to go with, below is some independent guidance
3. Go to document self-service on Surrey Support and follow the prompts to request your bank letter. A copy of the letter will be emailed to you for you to print out and deliver to your chosen bank.
