I need a new name badge for my clinical placement. How can I order this?

If you are a health sciences or veterinary student you will receive a name badge as part of your initial uniform order package. Replacement name badges can be ordered using the links below

Vet students

To purchase a new badge, please order from Vet School Name Badge | Surrey Online Store

We will receive a notification, and we will order your badge for you, which can take up to 4 weeks.

We will let you know as soon as your badge is ready to collect from Kate Granger, Level 1, in the student meeting area. This is open Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. Please bring your student ID with you when you collect.

Health Sciences students
