I need a new name badge for my clinical placement. How can I order this?

If you are a health sciences or veterinary student you will receive a name badge as part of your initial uniform order package. 

If you need to request a new name badge if, for example, you have lost your current one or have changed your name, you can order a new one from our online store. Once your badge is ready to collect, the placements team will email you to advise collection.
