I requested my award certificate by post but have not received it, what should I do?

For undergraduate students eligible to attend a ceremony in July - if you have not been contacted by the end of August please contact the Examinations team by email via examinations@surrey.ac.uk.

For postgraduate students eligible to attend a ceremony in April - if you have not been contacted by the end of May please contact examinations@surrey.ac.uk.

If you do not inform the Assessment and Awards office of a missing certificate within 12 months of your award, there will be a £45 fee to re-issue the certificate.
