I want to change localities or placement for my clinical placement. What should I do?

If you need to request a change to the locality or place of your placement, you will need to have discussed this with your Personal Tutor/Field Lead first. Locality and placement change requests are not guaranteed until they have been reviewed and approved by your Field Lead.
