My extenuating circumstances application has been approved but my submission dropbox has not been updated, what should I do?

If you have had an application for extenuating circumstances approved and your coursework deadline extended, but the submission dropbox on the SurreyLearn page has not updated, please contact the MySurrey Hive team via SurreySupport and select "My Course" as the enquiry topic. Please state the module code, the name of the assignment and attach a copy of your work. We will then to look into this.
