My extenuating circumstances application has been approved but my submission dropbox has not been updated, what should I do?
If you have had an application for extenuating circumstances approved and your coursework deadline extended, but the submission dropbox on the SurreyLearn page has not updated or is wrong, please contact the MySurrey Hive team via SurreySupport and select "My Course" as the enquiry topic. Please state the module code, the name of the assignment and you can also attach a copy of your work (if you were unable to submit your assignment). We will then look into this.
If on the day of your assessment deadline, your submission dropbox has still not been updated, please also email your module leader about this, attaching a copy of your assignment. Please only do this on the day of the assessment deadline (and not before).
