Should I use the online academic appeals process or complete a form?

When applying for an academic appeal, the paper form should only be used if you can not access the online academic appeal system.

You can complete the academic appeal online submission form by signing in to Student Self-Serve. You should then select "My Appeals" from the menu at the top of the page.

Please note, currently academic misconduct appeals use a paper form.
