What can I do if my tuition fee discount is not reflected in my invoice?

If you are eligible for a discount on your tuition fees, please be aware that the tuition fee invoice that you receive will already have the discount deducted from the final amount and will not be separately itemised. So, although you will not see the discount itemised on your invoice, the invoice you receive will be for the remaining balance that is due.

If you believe that the discount has not been applied or if you believe the balance that you have been invoiced for is incorrect, please contact the Student Fee Records team.
