What does a green cross on MySurrey Attendance mean?
When you look at the history button on MySurrey Attendance you may see a green cross next to a session you attended and checked into. The most likely reason for this is you have not activated your app settings for Bluetooth and/or Location settings correctly, and therefore your attendance cannot be completely confirmed.
Please check that your app settings allow Bluetooth and Location Services:
For Apple phones: Go to Settings > Apps > Attendance
For Android phones: Go to Settings > Apps > Attendance
Once you have corrected your settings, your attendance will be recorded correctly going forward. Unfortunately, we cannot retrospectively change your attendance record for previous sessions.
However, please do not worry about this if it happens to you. It will not impact you negatively. What is important is you continue to check in with your app settings corrected from now on.
