What does unchecked on the MySurrey Attendance app mean?
If you have been unchecked for a session on the MySurrey Attendance app, this could be a result of two reasons:
- Either your academic has unchecked your original check-in because they believe you were not in the session
- Or your academic has unchecked you to resolve a technical issue in the app. This option should resolve quickly when you have turned on your Bluetooth and Location services and checked back in
Please check that your app settings allow Bluetooth and Location Services:
- For Apple phones: Go to Settings > Apps > Attendance
- For Android phones: Go to Settings > Apps > Attendance
If you are concerned about an unchecked session, please talk to your academic responsible for the session.
