What should I do if I am having problems using Flywire to pay my tuition fees?

If you are paying your tuition fees, this is now done via links to Flywire from your Surrey Self Service (for both UK and international students).

If you are trying to pay your fees using these links and are having problems,  you can access Flywire's support using their Live Chat, or you can contact them by email. They provide 24/7 support. If there is likely to be a delay to your payment, please also inform the Student Receivables team about the issue so we are aware that there could be a delay to the fees being paid.
