What should I do if I am worried about my, or somebody else's, drinking?

If you think that you have become dependent on alcohol or worried about someone else, please visit the NHS website for advice. You or the person you are worried about will probably need some help either to cut down and control your or their drinking, or stop completely.

Alcohol Change UK host lots of useful factsheets, a quiz which will give personalised advice based on your answers, and other interactive tools such as a Dry January app.
