What is the Spring Assessment Period?

The Spring Assessment Period is usually held in March / April and offers postgraduate students (February starters only) who have up to or equal to 60 credits of outstanding assessments (in line with the University’s normal regulations) the opportunity to sit these outstanding assessments.

If you do need to take outstanding assessment(s) in the Spring Assessment Period, you will not be eligible to attend the graduation ceremonies with your peers but will (if eligible) be invited to a graduation ceremony the following year.

For more information on the Spring Assessment Period including when it will be held and when marks will be released, please view our Results information page.
