Where can I find my existing cases on Surrey Support?
You can view the cases that you have raised on Surrey Support by visiting the Surrey Support home page and following the steps below:-
- Visit the Surrey Support homepage
- Click ‘My questions’ in the top right corner
- Click ‘View existing questions’
- Identify a case from the list
- To open it, either click the Question ID (beginning with “OSE ”) or click the downward arrow next to it and choose 'View details'.
