When will I hear back regarding my Extenuating Circumstance outcome?

We aim to respond to extenuating circumstance applications within five University working days, but at certain times of the year we receive higher volumes of requests, and a response may take longer.

For standard individual coursework, self-certified applications will usually be processed immediately.
