Can someone else make an accommodation fee payment on my behalf?

Yes, another person can pay your accommodation fees on your behalf. They will need to have your student URN number and the invoice number (the invoice number will be the same for each instalment unless you change rooms). You will have been sent a copy of the invoice containing details of the instalment that is due by email to your university email account – please ensure the person paying the fees uses these details.
