Do I need to provide evidence as part of an academic misconduct appeal?
If you want to appeal the outcome of an academic misconduct panel, your appeal is very unlikely to be successful without supporting evidence.
Please note that the burden of proof rests with the student. This means that when making an academic misconduct appeal, it is for you to show that one or more of the grounds apply.
