How can I recover an email I deleted?

If your email was deleted within the last 30 days, you can recover it by going to the 'Deleted Items' folder and dragging the email back into your inbox. 

If the email was deleted more than 30 days ago, you can see if it is listed in the ‘Recoverable Items’ folder. These older emails are accessed from the ‘Recover items deleted items from this folder’ link located at the top of the ‘Deleted Items’ page. You may find your email listed in the ‘Recoverable Items’ but not every deleted email will be listed here. If you do find the email you wish to recover, select it, ensuring that at the bottom of the page ‘Restore Selected Items’ options is selected, and click on ‘OK’. The item should then be available in your Inbox or in the folder it was deleted from.
