How do I know if my accommodation fee payment was successful?
If your payment for your accommodation fees via the e-payment gateway was successful you should receive an automated confirmation email of your transaction with a reference number starting “ACCT”. Please note this email may not be immediate and could take a few hours before reaching your inbox.
The e-payment website does not update in live time. It will take approximately two working days for any payments to be reflected on the e-payment website. Once your account is clear you will not be able to login to the e-payment website.
If using Flywire, once you have made a payment for your accommodation fees, a receipt will be emailed directly to you via the email address that you provided when making the payment. This will be in the form of a 'payment delivered' email. This will contain a tracking link that will take you to the payment confirmation page on Flywire and will act as your main receipt. This process is run and managed by Flywire.
