How do I view or cancel a request that I logged with the Estates and Facilities Helpdesk system?

If you have previously submitted a maintenance request or reported a problem to us via the Estates and Facilities Helpdesk system, you can track the progress of your request or cancel it by logging back into the system and clicking on “View existing fault / Service Requests”.
