How is the information I disclose to Disability and Neuroinclusion shared and with who?
Any information that you disclose to the Disability and Neuroinclusion team is treated sensitively and shared only where necessary to arrange support, make reasonable adjustments, or respond to safety or safeguarding concerns. Where relevant, information may be shared on a need-to-know basis with university staff involved in your support, such as academic departments, exams teams, accommodation, wellbeing, placements, or other student services. We usually share information about the adjustments or support you need rather than detailed medical evidence or diagnostic information. Where possible, we will discuss this with you, although in limited circumstances we may need to share information without consent if there is a serious risk of harm or a legal/safeguarding obligation.
