How long will the academic misconduct appeal process take?

The Office of Student Complaints, Appeals and Regulations aims to provide you with an outcome for your academic misconduct appeal within 30 University working days.
 
Ensuring that your appeal submission includes the following items will ensure that your case is considered as quickly as possible: 

• a completed Academic Misconduct appeal form, including selected grounds of appeal 
• an appeal statement outlining why you wish to appeal  
• evidence that directly relates to the selected ground(s) of appeal and/or that meets the evidential requirements for Special Circumstances to be applied.
