I have received an unrecognised accommodation fee invoice. Is it a scam?

We will never email you asking for bank or credit or debit card details. All payments for accommodation fees are made through our e-payment portal or Flywire.

The university sends out accommodation fee invoices to your University of Surrey email account and these will display the University of Surrey logo.

If the invoice you have received does not match the amount you were expecting, please email the Accommodation team at accommodation@surrey.ac.uk.
