What does the hourglass symbol in the MySurrey Attendance app mean?
On rare occasions, you may see the hourglass symbol when you are attempting to check in for a session on the MySurrey Attendance (MSA) app. This means your check-in status is being processed or it is syncing. Please check your MSA app the next day to ensure your attendance has been verified accurately.
If this issue has still not resolved the following day please contact the IT team via Surrey Support. When sending your issue to the team, please provide full details of the problem including screenshots, the effected module, room, time/day etc.
