If you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password yourself.

If you have not forgotten your password and you have followed the correct process for setting up up your university email account, you can contact the IT Service Desk or visit our IT Support Desk on Level 1 of the Library for additional support. During busy periods you may need to book an appointment.
