What is the deadline to add a professional training year to my degree?

If you are an undergraduate student whose course has an equivalent one with a professional training year, you are able to transfer to this at any time during your first and second years* of study. You can also transfer during the summer following your second year, as long as you notify us of a placement offer and we approve it by 31st August. This is the same for professional training years undertaken in the UK or overseas. 

*If your course is an integrated Masters (MEng), and your school allows you to undertake Professional Training after either the second or third year, then you can also transfer during your third year or the following summer.
